FireFrog Creative uses the "4D web design process": Discovery, Design, Development, and Delivery.

1-Discovery

A clear definition of the existing structure leads to a successful design, so, every FireFrog web design project starts with the discovery step.

Definition

To understand your web design goals, needs, and expectations, we offer a basic set of questions that you can answer via e-mail, online chat, or an online form.

Estimation

After gathering the necessary information, we send you a “web design estimate” within one business day. This estimate includes brief specifications of your website, total cost and a time line to complete your project. Upon your agreement, we start the design process.

2-Design

Design step includes the visual representation of your website. We offer the most suitable design selection based on your needs, your business standards, and competition.

Initial Design

Based on the findings from the discovery step, we create two initial layouts for your website. Initial layouts do not include the actual color scheme, images, or text. These layouts give you an idea about the overall look-and-feel of your website, navigation structure, and the site map.

We send initial design for your review and approval. At this point, we ask you to start gathering materials (content) you would like to display in your website.

Final Design

After your approval on the initial design, we create the final visual design for your website. Final design introduces full color scheme and navigation elements.

We send final design for your review and approval. Once the website development begins, changing the design is no longer a simple process. Therefore; we encourage your feedback on the final design and make necessary revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction.

3-Development

In the development step, we use the approved design to create actual pages of your website.

Content

Content consists of texts and images. If you have an existing website, we basically acquire the necessary materials from it or you may send additional materials. If you don’t have an existing website, don’t worry, we ask the necessary content depending on the type of the website. We also offer professional content creation and high quality image acquisition services.

Coding

We code individual pages and insert the actual content.

Search Engine Optimization (S.E.O.)

We optimize your web site for best search engine positioning including adding custom metatags for your site.

Validation

We validate all the code and make sure that your website functions as intended. Our validation methods include cross-browser check, resolution check, link check, general functionality check. We conduct the final quality assurance test to make sure everything is running smoothly. You are welcome to give any final feedbacks at this point.

4-Delivery

The final step, delivery, includes the launch of the website and post-launch services, including search engine submission and a continuous support.

Launch

Once the final approval is taken, we load your website to the server. Your website is now live!

Search Engine Submission (S.E.S.)

After your website is online, we submit it to all major search engines.

Support

FireFrog Creative offers support services after the launch of your website. You can contact us at any time. We either reply or schedule for the service within one business day. You may want to update your existing content or add new content in the future. For the first three months, we take care of text revisions at no charge. After three months, we provide support services at a minimal charge.
